Loft conversion styles can vary, from up and over roofs requiring dormers to the front or rear, to side hipped roofs requiring gable conversions or side dormers.
In some Boroughs, side gables are not acceptable by the Local Authority in which case a side dormer must be created to provide the headroom. Either way we
will design your Loft Conversion to blend in with your property.
The dormers are individually designed to suit your property. From small pitched roof dormers placed on the front of your house to enhance the appearance or large flat roof dormers to maximise headroom and space.
Depending on the size of your Loft, a choice of internal designs can be achieved, being a single large room or several rooms with or without an en-suite bathroom.
Bungalow Loft Conversions are very popular, as they are often very well situated, but
for anyone, moving into a larger property can mean moving away from friends and family
sometimes to a less desirable area. A Loft Conversion will provide the extra living space
that you require.
Which ever type of Loft Conversion you choose, we will endeavour to fulfil your personal requirements.
